This Privacy Policy explains how Piano Destroyer, operated by MDG24 COMPANY S.R.L. under the MDG Software brand, handles information when you play the game. Privacy contact: mdg24company@gmail.com.

Information used by the game

Piano Destroyer does not require an email address, password, phone number or real name. Please choose a nickname that does not reveal personal information.

The online leaderboard processes your chosen nickname, a randomly assigned technical user identifier, scores, game modes, round durations and result timestamps. Your nickname and qualifying scores may be visible to other players. The technical identifier associates results with the same player without requiring an email address or password.

Game progress, settings, coins, cosmetics and mission progress are stored locally on your device. Authentication tokens and pending score submissions may also be stored locally to support the leaderboard.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the leaderboard, display rankings, associate results with players, validate score submissions and protect the service against misuse. The current game does not contain advertisements or advertising tracking. We do not sell player information.

Service providers and security

We use Supabase for online authentication and leaderboard storage. Connections to the leaderboard use HTTPS. Hosting and network providers may process technical connection information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the service.

Data retention and deletion

Online leaderboard records are retained while needed to operate the leaderboard, unless removed following a verified deletion request. Technical records may also be retained where necessary for security or legal obligations.

To request access, correction or deletion, email mdg24company@gmail.com with the subject “Piano Destroyer — Privacy Request”. Include your nickname and relevant score or game mode. We may request additional information to identify your records and prevent unauthorized deletion. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.

Removing the app or clearing its storage may remove local progress, but does not automatically delete online records. See our data request instructions.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, object to processing, and complain to a relevant data protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Website contact

This site has no contact form or advertising trackers. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and information you choose to send, and use it to respond to your request. Our website hosting provider processes connection information needed to serve and secure the site.
