We may need additional information to identify the correct records and confirm the request. Nicknames may not be unique. Do not send authentication tokens, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
What deletion covers
A verified deletion request covers the associated online player identity, leaderboard records and linked game-run data. Technical information may be retained when necessary for security or legal obligations.
Local progress
Settings, coins, cosmetics and mission progress are stored on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove this local progress. This action does not automatically erase online leaderboard records.
